Netball Scotland are pleased to introduce our new Performance Plan. 

The plan, known as:-

"Pathways to Performance, The Plan 2008-2015 '2wards 2014: Working together to achieve success' " 

outlines the performance pathways being established to provide a sound structure for athlete development from primary school age through to national squad athletes (as shown in the  model below).
