West Lothian Wildcats are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help expand and develop the club through recruitment of players, volunteers and coaches. This individual will be required to strengthen links with schools and local communities in West Lothian to help drive the club forward as well as work closely with external partners including, West Lothian Council, Netball Scotland and sportscotland.

 

This position is part DCI funded by sportscotland and has additional funding through West Lothian Councils Sporting Grants Scheme (Partnership Funding). The initial length of the post will be 2 years fixed term with a 6 month probation period, which may be extended if required. Continuation of the post after the 2 year fixed period will be dependent on targets being met and subject to the availability of funding.

 

Candidates will be required to go through a 2 part interview process which will include firstly an interview panel and if successful in completing this stage will be asked to return to lead a practical netball session at the club.

 

Hours: 18 hours per week (This may include nights and weekends)

Salary:£12’000 per annum (based on 36 hour week at £24000 pro rata)
