Netball is an exciting team sport predominantly played by girls and women around the world.
Netball Scotland is responsible for promoting, organising and developing netball in Scotland from ‘grass roots’ to elite level. We have more than 1,800 registered members and an estimated 20,000 participants in Scottish schools.
We are currently expanding our membership base beyond 8 traditional areas to regions such as the Scottish Highlands, the Borders and the Islands, based upon increased government funding. To ensure a quality participation environment we conduct education and training courses and support members through insurance cover and child protection expertise.
Netball Scotland also provides opportunities for talented athletes, coaches and umpires on the world stage based upon a strong presence in international netball through membership of Netball Europe, the International Federation of Netball Associations (IFNA), and the Commonwealth Games Council for Scotland (CGCS).
We look forward to your involvement in Scottish netball.
