We have made a number of changes to these forms, to make them as simple and easy to follow as possible. The forms are available to view in either Word or PDF.

This year, we can accept your affiliation forms by e-mail or by post. If you email your form to Netball Scotland (using the forms in Word format) we will automatically generate an invoice which will be sent out to your school/club. Please follow the steps outlined in the Affiliation Guidelines for further details.

In the interests of speed and efficiency, we will rely more heavily on e-mail for future contact.  Therefore we would ask you to ensure that the e-mail sections are completed in the club affiliation forms.
