Dumfries and Galloway’s are hosting their first ever Coaching Conference. They are proud to announce that Fuzz Ahmed will present the key speeches for the weekend. Fuzz will be providing a free workshop on the Friday evening on his coaching philosophy incorporating the importance of core, creating a motivational environment and body language. It will also cover footage of his coaching during the men’s high jump final in the Beijing Olympics. The Coaching Conference is aimed at coaches of all sports. The overall conference aims to develop coaches on various skills from FUNdamentals training through to Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ) sessions used by most professional sports athletes. This is an opportunity to hear from experienced coaches from across the UK and to develop your programmes.
