The philosophy of mini-netball is ‘to attract primary school children to a game which is skilful and fun to play. The emphasis must always be on taking part, with each child on the court contributing according to their own ability. The rules have been adapted to meet the educational and physical needs of young children. They have also been kept to a minimum but those which exist are there to ensure safe, fair and enjoyable environment in which children can play and learn.
Following the success of last year's national mini-netball festival we are holding another one this year.
It commences Monday 28th April with Festivals planned in Aberdeen: Forfar (Angus): Edinburgh: Glasgow:
East Dunbarton: West Dunbarton: Renfrewshire: East Renfrewshire:North and South Lanarkshire:Shetland: Kintyre (Argyll & Bute) and East Ayrshire.
