Netball Scotland run's Senior competitions throughout the season, providing opportunities so senior clubs and districts to compete at U19 and Open level. 

Club competitions include the Champions Tournament, National Club Tournament and the Scottish Cup, while Inter District competitions include the U19 and Open Inter District, U19 & National Club Knock out and the U19 Challenge Cup.
