Is it that ‘Performance’ is perceived only as how our national squads perform in the International arena?  I am not sure, but in my new role as Performance Director, I first considered what Performance may mean at this moment for Netball Scotland.

There is much to be done but all of it is possible if we work together effectively.

I have identified the following KEY AREAS of Performance which I consider to be priorities at this stage for Netball Scotland.
