Youth & Schools Chair

Hi my name is Margaret Thompson and I Chair the Youth & Schools Commission for Netball Scotland.

This group consists of representatives from many areas of Scotland, who are interested in the development of future netball. They bring with them knowledge of what netball is provided in their own area and what more should be done to improve playing opportunities.

Through discussion within the group, and with Netball Scotland’s Youth Development Officer, they plan ways to increase participation, through Junior Club and School Competitions in all areas in Scotland.

Please take a note of your own Y&S rep - who should be able to update you on what is happening in your District.
