Schools Skills Challenge
Schools, this ones for you! #GetInvolved in our free schools resource the Schools Skills Challenge to help support children through sport.
There’s plenty of evidence that taking part in physical activity can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing, from getting a better night’s sleep, to managing stress, anxiety and boosting your mood. (Source SAMH)
With the Schools Skills Challenge teachers will be able to access a range of creative resources and exciting challenges to keep children active. The challenges are designed for all children from P3 to P7, however they are also easily adaptable to younger age groups if required.
The Schools Skills Challenge is accessible at any time throughout the year and offers children the opportunity to develop new skills, achieve goals and improve their fitness and coordination all whilst gaining a fun introduction to the sport of netball.
It’s not about how skilled they are, it’s about keeping active, having fun and achieving their own goals.
