The Level 1 course is the first step on the coaching pathway. This course is for those who are assisting a Level 2 Qualified Coach.

Funding – Sportscotland provide funding for participants undertaking coaching awards. Application for funding can be found here.  Applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to course start date. 

Once you have signed onto the course , all resources for this course will be sent through, all candidates will receive access to these approximately 1 week prior to course start date.

All sessions will be delivered by Leighanne Carracher & Mary Ann Cosgrove

Course Dates:

• 27^thSeptember 2021 – Theory – 7pm – 9.30pm
• 6^thOctober 2021 – Theory  – 7pm – 9.30pm
• 18^thOctober 2021 -Theory  -7pm – 9.30pm
• 20th October 2021 – Practical – 7pm – 9.30pm
• 23^rdOctober 2021 – Practical – 10am -12.30pm 
• 30^thOctober 2021-  Practical – 11am – 1.30pm 

All theory/practical dates must be completed.

All members must be affiliated to Netball Scotland.

Assessment:  When you have completed all sessions and all assessment tasks you will be ready to take your practical assessment which will be via an online assessments.
