CEO & DIRECTOR
Claire became CEO in October 2015 after being on the board for 2 years.
Becoming a member of the Netball Scotland Board has provided an avenue for me to use my professional experience to support a game that has given me great pleasure and many friends throughout my life. I want the young people of the future to have the opportunities that I have had. I want those with talent to be nurtured and to be the best they can be and I want those who simply want to play to have the opportunity to play in a place close to home. Scotland has many talented young sports people but in netball the infrastructure and support needs to grow to enable us to compete at the highest levels in the world – we had great success in the Commonwealth Games but we need to build on it and this will only happen if people like me get involved and give back
