The Level 1 course is the first step on the coaching pathway. This blended course is for those who are assisting a Level 2 Qualified Coach.

Theory will be online, Practical will be in person. 

Funding – Sportscotland provide funding for participants undertaking coaching awards. Application for funding can be found here.  Applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to course start date.  Contact Karen.Thomson@netballscotland.com if outwith this timeframe.

Once you have signed onto the course , all resources for this course will be sent through, all candidates will receive access to these approximately 1 week prior to course start date.

• Monday 4th April – 6.30pm – 9pm 
• Wednesday 6th April – 6.30pm – 9pm 
• Wednesday 27th April – 6.30pm – 9pm

Practical:

• Saturday 30th April – 10am – 5pm

Venue: St Georges school for Girls, Garscube Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 6BG 

All theory/practical dates must be completed.

All members must be affiliated to Netball Scotland.  Candidates must be aged 16 for their practical assessment.

Assessment Day: 22nd May 2022 :  St Kentigern’s Academy, 60 West Main Street, Blackburn, West Lothian, EH47 7LX
Time – 10am – 4pm
