BE Teamwear, Adidas and Netball Scotland sign landmark new kit and retail partnership

5th May 2026

Netball Scotland is delighted to announce a three-year teamwear, merchandise and retail partnership with Scottish-based Border Embroideries (BE) Ltd, together with Adidas through UK distributor Specialist Sports. This new deal sees Scottish Thistles and Scotland age-grade pathway squads benefit from brand new custom teamwear, training gear and netball court dresses, while netball fans in Scotland will be able to choose from a range of supporter leisurewear and replica pieces worn by their role models from a brand-new online store.

Netball Scotland, BE and Adidas have also designed the netball range to be worn by our Team Scotland netball athletes at this summer’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in partnership with a group of Thistles athletes, ensuring that athletes were given a voice in decisions about the range, the design theme, performance fabric and garment shapes.

Shared vision and commitment
A cornerstone of this new partnership is the commitment to giving Scotland’s netball athletes performance clothing that looks and performs brilliantly on the international stage.

Rennie Keith, BE Teamwear Sales Manager for Scotland said:
‘This partnership is driven by our support for women’s performance sport as well as recognising that Scottish netball fans deserve to be able to support their role models with a range of replica and merchandise items, designed with women and girls in mind and easy to buy online. It is a privilege for all of us at BE to know that our netball athletes will compete at this summers Games in Glasgow in a kit that celebrates their national pride and with a performance fabric designed for female athletes. I look forward to seeing where this partnership develops over the next three years.’

Commenting on the partnership, Zoe Paige, Director of Revenue and Engagement at Netball Scotland said:
‘We were impressed by the way that BE immediately understood our needs and supported the timetable of co-design with our athletes. Establishing our own online store is a huge landmark for Netball Scotland and I’m delighted to bring our members and supporters a range of clothing and merchandise, including items priced sensibly for our younger members at pocket-money prices. Our member clubs and schools have already benefitted through souvenir kit bundles for recent community cup finals and it is important to us that our whole community sees value from our partnerships. We look forward to revealing our new court dress designs very soon, starting with our Team Scotland netball kit in June.’
