VACANCY: Evolution Netball (Qatar) Seek Full Time Coach

Evolution Netball are hiring a new full time Netball Coach. Based in Qatar, Evolution Netball is part of leading sports Academy Evo Sports Qatar. Evolution Sports is Qatar’s fastest growing multi-sports provider for children and young adults aged 3-18 years. Formed in 2007, Evolution Sports quickly established itself as a market leader in the provision of sports for children and young adults in Qatar. Evolution Netball, led by former Scottish Thistle Thenneh Conteh, and supported by experienced coach Michele Hudson, provides a broad understanding of the game, from important footwork skills to perceptional awareness in a fun and safe environment. This girls-only activity offers training for girls aged 8 to adult with recreational and competitive programmes available.
As a Netball Coach you will be responsible for planning and delivering the technical and tactical coaching programme for your respective teams in line with the coaching syllabus as well as compiling performance reviews, and deliver feedback to players and parents both formally and informally as required. You will be required to co-ordinate and communicate session changes, festivals and events with parents, support community initiatives as required – including PE support, after-school clubs, tournaments and school fayres.
In order to be successful within this role you must have a strong passion for the game of netball and have experience of planning, delivering and monitoring netball coaching sessions to a variety of different age groups. It will be essential for you to be able to work independently and with internal and external teams while effectively managing player, parent & staff relationships. Due to the vast variety of nationalities we work with you must be an excellent communicator with the ability adapt quickly and be flexible in the face of change.
Priority will be given to applicants with UKCC Level 1 (or above) Netball Coaching qualification or equivalent. You should also possess an up to date Emergency First Aid Certificate and Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
