Netball Scotland Launch Walking Netball Buddy System
27th March 2020
Now more than ever it is so important to stay connected! Going into a period of Social-Distancing can feel daunting but when we look at this time as unique, and a new version of normal we can think of creative ways to stay social.
The Walking Netball Buddy System is a way for Walking Netball Members to stay connected to friends and strengthen their sense of community by supporting each other through this time. A quick phone call to check in can make all the difference and can bring people together.
We encourage all Walking Netball Facilitators to download and print out our buddy template. Use it to pair up your members with their very own buddy, link them together and encourage them to begin the conversation. Lets keep everyone connected!
