Severe Weather Warning – Netball Scotland Event/Education Course Cancellations

As the Met Office has issued its highest level of alert, a red severe snow warning – a red warning stipulates that ‘a risk to life is likely’ and having taking further advice from Traffic Scotland, Police Scotland and the Scottish Government, Netball Scotland has taken the decision to cancel all national events and education courses scheduled to take place across the country this weekend.
We appreciate this decision will bring with it some disappointment however the safety of our people is a priority. Netball Scotland will contact all parties concerned in due course to look at alternative dates etc. We will update our members and followers via our social media channels and our website.
In the meantime stay safe and wrap up warm.
