Strathclyde Sirens CPD Opportunities

This weekend brings with it the Strathclyde Sirens first VNSL home game of the season and we can’t wait to get started! As well as showcasing nine (9) exciting home matches at the Emirates arena, we are also offering training and development opportunities to all Coaches, Umpires and Match Bench Officials to coincide with these matches.
Come along and learn from the best in the Sirens “inner circle” while getting access to topflight netball.
We have packages available for all our CPD. Check these out below:
Coaches CPD
Package 1 – Access to 5 Matches – £90 (Save £10 – Includes 1 free observation at Sirens Training session with Karen Atkinson (RRP £30), Netball Scotland coaches note pad and pens.)
Package 2 – Access to 3 matches – £55 – (Save £5 – Includes Coaches Note pad and pen.)

Umpire CPD
Not only will you get access to the match, but you will sit with our top performing Umpires and analyse the movement, vision and timing of the VNSL Umpires. Great for umpires looking to develop and see what it takes to be at the top of their game.

Match Bench Official Training
Want to be court side and right in the action? Match Bench Officials play a crucial part in ensuring matches are run under the proper protocols with regards to timing and scoring.
This course will give you an understanding of the roles & responsibilities of all Match Bench Officials; the protocols and procedures of Match Bench Officials at National Level Matches & Superleague; and awareness of the training & accreditation process to become a National Level Match Bench Official.
Minimum age:16
Training Bench will also be running at the Sirens game so you can stay and put your skills to the test.
