Lynsey Gallagher, Hawks’ Head Coach, underlines the essence of staying consistent. She said,
“When we put on a lot of defensive pressure from the goal-shooter right the way down to the goal-keeper we are way more successful in turning ball over.”

Falcons: Growth and Resilience
The Falcons aim for continuous improvement. Head Coach Frankie Doyle champions team growth, resilience, and a positive attitude. Captain Emily Nicholl provides a glimpse into their next strategy:
“We’ve got Eagles next week… It’s going to be about how do we apply as much pressure on them and being able to stay in the game and defensively.”

Harriers: Momentum and Recognition
Clare Wilson, Harriers’ Head Coach, values strategy implementation. She particularly commended the WA and C combination saying,
“I thought our WA and C combination of Rebecca Metcalfe and Jazmine Moore was absolutely phenomenal.”
Captain Cerys Cairns emphasised the team’s upward trajectory, remarking, “we don’t just stay at level 1 we go to level 2 and keep going and going.”

Despite training hurdles, the Eagles are all about adaptability and growth. Trish Wilcox, their Head Coach, speaks of their aspirations,
“We will definitely be working on four consistent quarters and responding and adapting more quickly to the momentum shifts within the game.”
