It sets out a clear goal for the sport and is underpinned by a bold mission and ambition: to be the number 1 sport in Scotland for women and girls and to successfully bid to host the Netball World Cup 2031.
Rebuilding into a stronger more sustainable domestic infrastructure, we aim to ‘close the gap’ across every aspect of our sport and organisation, on and off the court, in order to deliver a sustainable future for the game and our people.
About You
To help us achieve our ambition, we are looking for proactive, hardworking, enthusiastic individuals to join the Development team. We are looking for motivated, skilled professionals with proven experience for the critical role of National Development Manager.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of sports development and can evidence developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, partners and teams to support the growth of our sport from grassroots to high performance.
You will have experience in leading national projects and programmes, have excellent people and organisational skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively.
