Following another successful year of our Development Academy programme across Scotland, we are seeking new and returning coaches to come on board and support this programme that is critical in the development of our pathway.
We are seeking a Lead Coach and Assistant Coach to support our West Development Academy that will run from October 2018 – April 2019.
The academy programme involves over 120 athletes, in the East, North, Orkney, South and West of Scotland. All have an age range of 12 – 16 years old, receiving the same Make it Real coaching principles, more details of which can be found under the National Teams section of our website.
